The CIA faculty of more than 130 instructors offers a depth of expertise in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, nutrition, wine, and restaurant management. Our esteemed international education team has the broadest base of industry experience and the most American Culinary Federation-Certified Master Chefs (C.M.C.s) in culinary education.
