From there, alternating layers of steel and aluminum encase what may be the biggest advance in home cooking since the microwave – a hidden layer of silicon oil that ensures an even cooking temperature, every time. Hermetically sealed for 100% safety, this hidden layer distributes heat evenly, cooking the contents of the pot at a steady pace.
