The Güde Delta was developed to mark the 100th anniversary of the Solingen-based manufacturer and combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Each knife is forged from a single piece of rust-resistant chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel using a drop hammer and is hand-sharpened and refined in over 40 largely manual steps. The smoked oak handle scales are slightly raised, giving the series a distinctive, elegant look.
